Uptown Hamel Minutes
October 17, 2006 Meeting

• Meeting started at 12:20PM
  
• Candidate Forum; All Candidates running for City Council and Mayor were present to talk about their views of Uptown Hamel and why they have decided to run for the election
  
• 23 at attendance; 14 were active members; 2 are visitors, 7 Candidates
  
• A vote for the date of the Winter Uptown Hamel Winter Gathering was set for January 20, 2007
  
• Argent Parc- Nancy Berthiaume stated that the Itten property (Old Lumber Mill) will be purchased by Farr Development March 2007 and the building will be taken down. A concept plan for 28 condos will be going in front of the City in about a month.
  
• Meeting ended at 1:00PM: with the other items on the agenda held until the next meeting.
